Hiram Walker Celebration & Statue Ceremony

Celebrate Hiram Walker’s 206th birthday during the Canada Day weekend with the official unveiling of the new larger-than-life bronze sculpture of Hiram Walker. The work of art was created by Mark and Laura Williams, and cast in bronze by John Vickers at Hopper Foundry. Parkette located at the corner of Devonshire Road and Riverside Drive East.

Events are planned throughout the weekend including:

  • Walkerville Art Walk
  • Hiram Walker Commemorative Statue Unveiling
  • Friends of Willistead’s Memorial Gathering
  • Free tours of Willistead Manor
  • Free tours of the new Coach House Historical Exhibition
  • ‘Roaring 20s at the Manor’ Fundraiser Dinner
