Relax with the combination of a gentle, mindful Hike and meditation. Time in nature soothes your soul! Explore the forest trail and soak up the fresh air and vitality of the peaceful surroundings. Enjoy the forest walk, new friends and create sacred memories.
Learn basic meditation techniques to calm your body, mind and spirit to help restore physical and emotional well-being. Who doesn’t need more of that? Within the first two minutes of meditating, even for the very first time, your whole being shifts into a more healing, restful state.
Anyone can attend this retreat! No experience in meditation or hiking is necessary. In fact, this is perfect if you are looking to explore new ways of being in the world or simply want a restful morning away.
Those with more advanced experience can benefit by taking their practice deeper with a silent walking mediation hike.
After the hike, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the grounds. Attend a wine tasting and grab some lunch. Make the day of it!
