FREE FOR ALL WALLS is a unique platform that brings together artists from diverse backgrounds to transform the city’s walls into stunning works of art. We are excited to announce that this year’s festival will feature over 40 talented artists who will collectively breathe life into the urban canvas of Windsor. Our goal is to create an immersive experience that not only showcases your incredible artistic skills but also sparks conversations, collaborations and connections among artists and the attendees. As part of the festival, we are excited to host an art exhibition on Saturday, October 7th, 2023, from 2:00 PM until midnight.

The exhibition, PART ART PART PARTY is our signature event which has helped to fund over 50 murals in Windsor to date! PART ART PART PARTY Pt. 23 will include a live art battle, art exhibition, prizes, live music/ DJs, live painting/art demonstrations and unique vendors. PART ART PART PARTY will take place at Windsor Eats, which serves as our Festival Headquarters.
