Want a fun crash course in backyard ecology from Essex County’s most entertaining naturalist? Phil Roberts has entertained a packed house at the River Bookshop a couple of times, so we are thrilled to have him back again.
Phil will talk about saving butterflies, conservation efforts for pollinators, hummingbirds, nesting birds … and yes, even bats. He will also touch on bird feeding and how to attract more birds to your backyard. Not only will Phil’s talk be entertaining, but it will also be a bit of a workshop with some great takeaways.
