This Meditation in the Gardens series will guide us into our bodies through a series of embodiment and attunement practices. As a society, we are increasingly living in our minds and with that, abandoning our bodies and spirits. By tuning back into our bodies and coming home to ourselves, we can access true health and vitality. This workshop will use gentle energy movements, shaking, and vocal activation to help bring us into the rhythm of our bodies, the rhythm of our home, and reconnect us to our path and purpose here. We will be moving our bodies, but there will be adjustments given for those who would like modifications; this is our individual practice, and it is always best to listen to our bodies.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket, pillow, journal + pen/pencil and any other comfort items. We will end this practice with a sharing circle.
