Erie St. Gastropub – Spiced Pear Martini
Featuring: Mr. D’s Produce Pure Ontario Honey
Description
Pear Grey Goose – Amaretto – Lemon – Honey – Cardamom – Cinnamon
Glass: Coup Glass
Alcohol
- 1.75oz Grey Goose PEAR Vodka
- 1oz Amaretto
Ingredients
- 0.5oz of lemon juice
- 0.5oz of local honey
- 3 dashes cardamom bitters
Garnish
- Cinnamon sugar rim
- Dehydrated pear & Cinnamon Stick
Directions

- Cover the bottom of plate with cinnamon sugar, then using a piece of lemon rind, wet the top of a martini glass, Dip the glass into spice mix to coat.
- In a Cocktail Shaker add the pear vodka, amaretto, cardamom bitters, honey, lemon and stir again, making sure the honey has dissolved.
- Add ice, cover and shake vigorously. Pour into prepared glass and serve.
Funky Chow Kitchen – Black Sesame Whisky Sour
Featuring: Canadian Club Classic 12 Year Old
Combine the following in a cocktail shaker:
- 2oz Canadian Club 12 year
- .75oz lemon juice
- .75oz black sesame syrup
- 1 egg white
Dry shake, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
Add 4 drops of aromatic bitters and black sesame seeds to the foam.
Salute Resto + Bar – Spiked Apple Cider
Featuring: Wagner Orchards Apple Cider
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Wagner’s apple cider
- 4 oz rum (adjust based on preference)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 star anise
- 4-5 whole cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
Instructions:

- Pour the Wagner’s apple cider into a medium saucepan and set it over medium heat.
- Add the cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves, and allspice to the cider. Stir gently.
- Let the mixture come to a simmer (avoid boiling), allowing the spices to steep for about 10-15 minutes. This will help the flavors meld together.
- Remove from heat and strain out the whole spices.
- Stir in the rum.
- Pour into mugs and enjoy while warm. Garnish with additional whole spices as desired.
Wolfhead Distillery – The Cinnamon Swirl
Featuring: Wolfhead Vanilla Almond Biscotti Cream Liqueur, Coffee Whisky and Cinnamon Whisky
- 1 oz Vanilla Almond Biscotti Cream Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Coffee Whisky
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon Whisky
- 2 dashes of cinnamon powder
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until frothy. Pour directly into a rock glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder. Enjoy!
