Our region is rich in an abundance of artists and cultural attractions in all disciplines (art, music, performance and literature). Diverse and distinctive artistic activities exist all around Windsor and Essex County, along with a number of cultural organizations and festivals. The Arts Council for Windsor and Essex County produces an annual publication called the ARTS Guide.
